By downloading, installing, or using the ZED™ - 4K, HD Wallpapers mobile application (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Angi Soft Studio and its licensors. The wallpapers provided within the app are for your personal, non-commercial use only. You are granted a limited license to download and use the wallpapers on your personal devices. You may not modify, copy, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from the content provided by the Service without express written permission from us.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service:

• In any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation.
• To engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Service, or which, as determined by us, may harm Angi Soft Studio or users of the Service.
• To attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, damage, or disrupt any parts of the Service, the server on which the Service is stored, or any server, computer, or database connected to the Service.

4. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
